Hippocampus is a small batch vodka that is bottled by hand. The key ingredient is 100% biodynamic soft wheat sourced from Western Australia. The artisan vodka is then distilled through copper columns. The result is a fairly smooth and pleasant 40% alc/vol vodka, but that is all I remember about it.
