It is claimed to blend the ‘finest, hand-picked Ceylon tea’ with Australian organic vodka from the Hunter Valley and is 40% Alc./Vol. The tea picked from above the clouds – the mountain peaks of Sri Lanka – is known as the ‘champagne’ of teas and therefore a worthy addition to vodka.
On drinking, this vodka achieves a delicious true tea flavour with a very smooth finish. Drinking with friends, the verdict was overwhelmingly positive – this was surprisingly a very good drink and everyone rated it highly. It is like a happy memory of sharing afternoon tea at Grandma’s – with a twist of an illicit pleasure. A great achievement for an Australian product and the best Aussie vodka tasted so far! @longleafvodka
