Blackberries grow ‘abundantly’ throughout central Europe, so why just eat them when you can turn them into vodka? Jezinowka is a traditional blackberry vodka based on a Polish recipe, however it is now produced in Vienna. This very smooth Austrian vodka is 38% alc/vol. Given it is sweet it is a good accompaniment for desserts, but can equally be enjoyed as an aperitif. I like this vodka berry much.
